Gabriel Nagel (2023) was selected as the Chairperson of the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s National Environmental Youth Advisory Council, making him the youngest Chairperson of an official U.S. federal advisory council.

Forbes honored 5 Coca-Cola Scholars as the brightest young entrepreneurs, innovators, and game changers in the country as part of their 30 Under 30 List.

Cami Bremer (1999) was sworn in as El Paso County’s District 5 Commissioner in Colorado Springs and Victor Agbafe (2015) received the Harvard Business School’s Black Legacy Award.

Coke Scholars in D.C. attended the AAPD Leadership Awards Gala as guests of The Coca-Cola Company, and undergraduate Scholars got together for pizza and coke at Washington University in St. Louis and in Colorado.

Alumni Named Nobel Peace Prize & Presidential Leadership Scholar Recipients

Seth Shelden (1994) is working to abolish nuclear weapons, and Jolene Loetscher (1997) is collaborating with leaders from across the country through the lens of presidential experiences.

February 2019 Connections
