We had a blast with Scholars in Austin.Marc Eichenbaum (2000) and Amanda Eichenbaum graciously hosted Houston Scholars at their home, and Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages kindly provided goody bags for attendees and invited Scholars to tour their new bottling plant.While in Houston, 2021 Scholars Jerron-Michael Arline and Julie Trinh (2021) met CCSF’s Jane Hopkins, Carolyn Norton, and Ericia Ward for breakfast.
Coke Scholars Friendsgiving
CCSF hosted its third Coke Scholars Friendsgiving, a great way for Scholars to connect in a casual, virtual setting. There was some fun speed networking, too!
Hali Borenstein (2003) was named to the 2024 Time100 Next list, Jack Lohmann (2015) and Simon Boehme (2010) released new books, Nyamekye Wilson (2014) was highlighted in Yahoo’s Built By Girls, and more.
Asahi Pompey (1990) was recognized on the inaugural ForbesBLK 50 list, Travis Gayles (1997) was named CEO of Howard Brown Health, and Julie Gehrki (1998) was named President of the Walmart Foundation.
