National Geographic Kids is releasing Dr. Gabby Wild’s (2008) first book about being a wildlife veterinarian, Wild Vet Adventures: Saving Animals Around the World With Dr. Gabby Wild. In the book, she takes young readers on a journey around the world to discover amazing animals and how to care for them.
Jonathan Jones (2004) has been named this year’s recipient of the University of Georgia’s Young Alumni Award.
