LaToya opened the Caribbean fusion restaurant with her mom a year ago. Asahi Pompey (1990) was recognized on the inaugural ForbesBLK 50 list alongside today’s most innovative and influential Black industry leaders and entrepreneurs across sectors. As Global Head of Corporate Engagement at Goldman Sachs and Chair of the Urban Investment Group, Asahi helps the firm drive economic growth and opportunity. Julie Gehrki (1998) was named President of the Walmart Foundation. Travis Gayles (1997) was named CEO of Howard Brown Health.
