Celebrating More New Alumni Advisory Board Members!

Last week in “Quest” we introduced you to three of our five new Alumni Advisory Board members, Jason Feldman (1990), Rosalyn Kennedy (1997) and Jamaal Barnes (2005).  This week, we would like to introduce you to the other two new members, Carolyne Dilgard-Clark (1995) and Radhika Mitra (2010).

Carolyne Dilgard-Clark, a corporate attorney, is a 1995 Coca-Cola Scholar.  Following her graduation from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, where she was captain of the Varsity Crew and competed in two NCAA national championships, Carolyne moved to the Philadelphia area to attend Rutgers School of Law-Camden and to pursue her athletic ambitions by rowing in a pre-elite competitive program at the Vesper Boat Club.  Following law school, Carolyne clerked with the Honorable Joseph E. Irenas in the District of New Jersey and then joined Dechert LLP, a global law firm.  Her practice focuses on transactional and corporate matters, as well as public company reporting and governance issues.

The City of Brotherly Love remains her home, where she and her husband raise their three wonderful children and advocate for urban public schools and outdoor green space.  Carolyne is involved in local community organizations and sits on the executive committee of the Home and School Association of her son’s school, Bache-Martin, a neighborhood public school.  As one of the Coke Scholar regional coordinators for the Philly area, Carolyne helped organized their 2012 “National Day of Service” project at Bache-Martin, which was well attended by members of the Coca-Cola community. It made a remarkable difference for the school and students!  Carolyne is also very active in various domestic and international pro bono projects with her firm.

Carolyne looks forward to serving the Coca-Cola Scholars community as a member of the Alumni Advisory Board.

Radhika Mitra, a 2010 Coca-Cola Scholar, is a young entrepreneur with a strong desire to give back to society. She founded Renaissance Now Corporation as a high school student and continues running that today. Renaissance Now assists underprivileged artists globally and locally by going to the grass-root level and giving them training, proper hand tools, product development guidance, marketing assistance and web presence.

She is currently pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Technology Information Management at UC Santa Cruz. She has founded her own software start-up involving fashion and technology– the fields she enjoys most.

Radhika is the 2010 Sandy Williams Alumni Legacy Scholar and is extremely excited to join the AAB. You can read more about her in a former “Quest” article.
