Jeremy Findley (1989) connected with Dillon Hunter (2017) on Dillon’s recent trip to Singapore, where Jeremy lives.
Robert Accordino (1999) got together with Joe English (2013) in New York City to discuss “Hope in a Box”, a project that is a collaboration between Joe’s and fellow Scholar Joel Bervell (2013). Hope in a Box works with public schools to make classrooms more LGBTQ-inclusive.
Coke Scholars in New York City attended the Rainbow PUSH 22nd Annual Wall Street Project Economic Summit as guests of The Coca-Cola Company. Carrie Regan (1989, middle right) got together with Pamit Surana (1989, left), Michael Solomon (1992, middle left), and Sandra Lee (1993, right) while she and her husband were visiting New York City. Pamit hosted them at Fraunces Tavern, Manhattan’s oldest surviving structure and a gathering place for Washington, Hamilton, and other the architects of our democracy. From there, he took them on an evening walking tour of lower Manhattan and shared fascinating historical trivia about the role the area played in the rise of the city and our nation.
