December 2017 Connections

The Coca-Cola Company invited our New York Scholars to the National Forest Foundation‘s 25th Anniversary Dinner! The NFF has worked for years with The Coca-Cola Company to replenish and enhance watersheds in places like the Pike National Forest (CO), the Deschutes National Forest (OR), the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forests (UT), and elsewhere. Pictured with our Scholars is Sandy Douglas, Executive Vice President and President of Coca-Cola North America, NFF board member, and former CCSF board member.

Jacqueline Roman (2015) and Andrew Moffa (2012) met up over Thanksgiving in Seoul, South Korea. Jacqueline is studying abroad in Seoul this semester and Andrew is there as part of the Fulbright program.

Marly Casanova (2002) and Wendi Adelson (1997) met up for brunch in Florida.

Wesli Jones (2012) came by CCSF to say hello. Wesli’s a producer at CNN, a cancer survivor, and voice of the #CocaColaRenew campaign – learn more about her.
